so i was watching mike and mike on espnnews yesterday (yeah i havea week off from work) ..anyways...they were saying how it is unfair that any team from the nl west makes the playoffs....and i was just looking at the standings and every team in that division is below 500...how is that even baseball? and then checking the wild card standings 4 out of the top 5 teams are from the east.....when did the east get actually better than every other division other than the cardinals?

I was listening to SportsBash last week (or was it when Eric Kuselias was filling in for one of the Mikes?), and he likened the NL West to the episode of Seinfeld, where George was on the Rascal scooter, being chased by old guys on other Rascals...they're racing, but not going anywhere.

Oh, yeah, just found the community. Nice. Maybe one of these days I'll update my journal.
